Your land is in the heart of the city or in the path of a hot development area. We can design a structure for you that takes advantage of the zoning regulations with an eye on market demand and help you sell it.

Your home was built in an era long gone. While the structure is solid and the foundation strong, it could use extensive remodeling, additions and a serious upgrade before it can be sold.

As your partner, we will take your project to completion. You contribute your property to the partnership and we do the rest. Our team of architects will design the building, our specialists will obtain the necessary permits and approvals, and our team of builders will take the project through the construction phase.

After completion, we will help you sell the project through our network of real estate brokers. If it is a multi-family, commercial or office rental project, we can get it leased for you with the help of our leasing partners before it is sold, or, if you wish to own it with the help of cash flow financing. We will share the net profit from the project with you after deducting all costs, including development and project management fees. Your property will be assigned fair value for cost basis.

We will finance or arrange financing, or both, depending on its scale and complexity, for the construction phase of your project. We have extensive relationships with investors and lenders, including banks and finance companies.
